I made these Lemon Blueberry Pierogi with Spiced Sour Cream for the Valentine's day dessert times I had with Madie and her roommates. You make them, boil them, and when you're about to eat them, give them a warm up through a light sauteé. They were pretty easy to make. I found the hardest part to be actually getting them to stay closed before boiling. They turned out super delicious and the spiced sour cream was a perfect addition! Pierogi are probably going to become an important food in my life. I just need to figure out what kind of savory ones I can make that I'd actually enjoy!
